We rented 4 x electric bikes for two days to watch stage 4 and 5 of the Tour de France. We reserved and paid for them securely online. The bikes were all ready for us to collect the evening beforehand.
They were in excellent condition and worked very well. We had a really fun two days exploring the area.
We appreciated being able to return them after day one to recharge overnight as we couldn't do this where we were staying.

Jérôme was awesome, understanding and very helpful. We rented 7 ebikes to ride up the mountain to meet the tour de france and had an awesome time.
There were some mechanical issues with two bikes and some batteries were not able to be charged fully (because people returned them late). Bikes were fixed and we were sent off with some chargers which was very helpful!
Overall very friendly and flexible staff and excellent service.

There were some mechanical issues with two bikes and some batteries were not able to be charged fully (because people returned them late). Bikes were fixed and we were sent off with some chargers which was very helpful!
Overall very friendly and flexible staff and excellent service.
