I purchased new equipment that turned out to be defective from the outset. The store manager, who was extremely unprofessional, never informed me that there would be shipping costs for the return of the repaired product. There was no communication by email or phone, no quote: only an invoice stuck on the box at the time of collection. When I dared to dispute this, the man was extremely rude on the phone and went so far as to threaten to break my instruments if I refused to pay these unexpected fees. I remind you that according to Article L217-11 of the French Consumer Code, the restoration of a product must take place at no cost to the consumer (including shipping costs). The store is therefore in violation of the law. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Avoid at all costs.

A manager who charges shipping fees even though I didn't give them any warning! I traveled a long way to get what I was owed, but I still have to add more, even though they didn't give me this information before I ordered! The equipment was delivered damaged and scratched, and the waiting time was enormous! Even though it's brand new... I don't recommend it.

Run away! You'll get a response from the owner, like any good politician, who will tell you that we, the customers, are the ones who are wrong. I bought two products worth €3,200. I bought a new FLX 10 turntable, but when I opened it, it was scratched. The store promised me a 20% discount. Sound system RCF (discount not honored). One of the sound systems, despite the sound being low on its first use, broke, and this ruined the treble. This is what you're exposing yourself to if you buy from this store. The manager sent my sound system for after-sales service, gave me a one-week deadline, and I haven't heard back for over two more months. When the sound system was repaired, I came to pick it up. He charged me €39 for shipping without having been notified in advance. The manager was unprofessional and told me that if I didn't pay, he'd open my sound system and break it again. In short, you're dealing with thieves who impose their truth and question the circumstances of their customers because they refuse to take responsibility for their unreliable and old equipment. Run away!!!

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
