The selection of bikes and accessories is impressive, with options for all levels and budgets. I particularly appreciated the expert advice from the staff, who truly know their stuff. They helped me choose a bike that not only met my expectations but was also of high quality.
Great shop and workshop! The mechanic is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The shop is pleasant and perfectly maintained.

A big thank you to Supervelo for returning my BMX with a scratched and dirty carbon rear wheel, especially when I left a new and clean bike.
Between the six-week wait for a rear hub in after-sales service with no communication from Supervelo (it was me, as the customer, who had to contact the company every week for follow-up information...) and the return of the bike with a dirty and scratched rear wheel, I couldn't help but provide feedback on this.
I'll give you my new drive chain, replaced by another drive chain, which I was billed for because the existing one: "it was making noise," I also point out, without my consent!
The cup is full, the store may be beautiful, but the after-sales service is anything but premium.
It's impossible to give zero stars; one is far too flattering.
