Me and my homies showed up to get our bikes checked out half way though a bike trip. He fixed up mine and one other for a very reasonable price. He then told our friend that his bike was total’d which it indeed was. He offered to fix it(which would take awhile) or to sell him another bike. After some push and pull he agreed to an offer and we got our bikes tip top and a whole new one for our friend. The trip continued! Thanks guys!

A reliable shop. They respond very promptly to emails and phone calls. I needed a bike for training knowing that I had a city Brake scheduled in Bari, So I emailed them yesterday they answered and understood my needs, they helped me with picking up and dropping off the bike even outside of their opening hours. I recommend for any need whether it's renting or repairing or even buying a new bike.

Rental! I was getting desperate to find my final bike rental and reached out to Tazebike. Michael responded right away and set us up with a Bergamont hybrid touring bike (excellent for touring}. He speaks great English and was very helpful throughout the process. Our itinerary was complicated and had us returning to Bari on a Sunday. Again, he was very helpful and agreed to open the store for our Sunday return. Our trip was a success thanks to Michael!

Crew at Tezabike prepped and boxed my bike and bike-luggage for a flight. All was smooth, great communication with Michael and the team, the bike was on time and sensibly packed, so the reassembly was fast and easy. My highest recommendation.
