In Bari for the start of the 2026 Italy Divide when disaster struck. Front brakes binding! Tried to fix but made the problem worse. At 19:20 I managed to get hold of Tazebike. They agreed to wait for me despite closing at 20:00. When I got there they assessed the brakes and proceeded to carry out a full service. I watched as they carefully bled the fluid, and refitted the calipers. They were professionals in every sense of the word. I left there with the brakes working better than ever. They checked and double checked everything. Forever gratefull for their help and friendly service. Highly recommended! ****** Six stars!

Went to Tazebike with my e bike having no power to the motor. He quickly identified the problem was with the front brake sensor being faulty and disconnected it. He could not replace as I had 3 pin connector and he supplied 10 pin, but no problem brakes work, motor works, all good. No charge for his time. Excellent business to deal with. Highly recommended.
