The welcome was both professional and friendly.
They didn't push us to buy blindly but genuinely listened to our needs and desires.
We received excellent support throughout the purchase of all our children's ski equipment.
The equipment was recent and perfectly serviced.

The team is fantastic; they take the time to let us try out the equipment and even give us advice on choosing gear in general. They are very patient with young children, which is great. Special mention goes to the shop and the helpful advice of the saleswoman who took the time to let my son try out several pieces of equipment with a smile and good humor, even though it's peak season and school holidays and the resort is packed.
