Hired eMTBs as a family for 4 hours and had an absolutely brilliant experience. The bikes were top quality and really well maintained. Staff were super friendly, helpful and clearly passionate about what they do. We were provided with everything we needed – phone holders, chargers, puncture repair kit, first aid kit, locks – and even a pre-loaded Komoot route which was spot on. The route we followed was ideal for a family ride – hilly but an absolute breeze with electric power – and took us to a beautiful beach for a swim. We were even welcomed back with cold drinks and a gift of luxury soap! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly – top service, great value and a really memorable experience.

Absolute a great place to start a biking adventure. We were given good instructions on all aspects of the bike. We are 70+ , very active physically but not experienced with mtn bikes. It was suggested the trails and tour of the Ciotat path might be better for us rather than the Calanque tour. The bikes do an amazing job of make the most of the effort required even on steep inclines. The tour info and guidance on the phone were spot on and helpful if you venture away from the designated tour. We confident that if we had need of rescue or assitance if a breakdown occurred, assitance would have been responsive. Absolutely worth the price.

I did a 4-hour E-Mountain Bike Rental with virtual guide and followed their "Les Calanques - Le Belvédère d'En Vau" Route. The trail was mostly gravel, with few rougher rocky sections and some sections riding on the road. There were great views throughout the ride. The virtual guide was convenient and works using your smartphone mounted on the handlebars to show your GPS location and follow the route. It was mostly easy to follow the GPS but there were a couple sections that were a bit confusing as it appeared to want me to go down a section of trail which had a no bikes sign posted. The virtual guide is through the Komoot app if you want to download it to your phone before arriving. I would recommend renting from Trolib if you are in Cassis and interested in mountain biking. The staff were very friendly and rental prices were reasonable.
If you are staying in the port area of Cassis and dont have a car, Trolib location can be accessed via the M01 Bus.

I can't recommend Trolib enough if you are looking to explore the beauty of Cassis in the most exhilarating fashion.
Knowledgeable and warm staff. Incredible bikes with ample power and charge. Flexibility to meet a large group's needs. 20/20!
On the trip:
Four friends and I rented Ebikes from Trolib for a Sunday afternoon where the route to Cap Canaille is blocked from cars. We can't recommend this enough. The Trolib staff informed us of the route, instructed us on proper bike use, and provided us carrying bags for belongings and solid helmets.
There would have been no other way to explore the beauty of the region in such a short time and so comprehensively.
Thank you Trolib for making our friend reunion and first time in Cassis truly memorable.

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
