Esteban was such a sweetheart ! Great guy, amazing service, so warm, friendly and welcoming. Even before renting the bikes we loved the place. The bikes we rented were well maintained and did exactly what they had to do ! The terrain is flat and easy, we were glad we didn't choose the electric bikes. We compared with the two other rental places in the area and we do not regret going to this one. We recommend, and we would go back again without hesitation!

We hired 2 ev bicycles and 1 standard bicycle as my son was underage for the ev one. As the cycle route is completely flat it was a luxury rather than a necessity to use the EV, but fun all the same. There were several routes to choose from but we chose one that was approx 30km’s and we were fortunate enough to see flamingos, bulls, wild horses and beautiful views. Along the way, my son’s handlebars came loose, we called Trot N Alix and Alexis came as quickly as could to fix the handlebars. It was a perfect time for a pit stop where we had some food and drink at the Domaine Mejan. Once refreshed, handlebars fixed we cycled back to the shop. As we had to wait it meant that we wouldn’t be back until after closing time, Alexis told us to take our time and get back when we wanted. We had the most wonderful time and would definitely do it again using the same company.

Owners are friendly and helpful, but don‘t speak english. Rented two bikes which were in no good condition. The brakes didn‘t work properly, the bar was mounted incorrectly, whereof we got wrist pain. Generally the bikes need a real service urgently. Furthermore, you have to pay a caution of 100€/bike by card. No cash! They tell you that they cancel the assignment at the same day, but after 3 weeks I still didn‘t get my money back. Only after prompting them via E-mail I got my money not even 10 minutes later. Therefore I write that bad review, even though the owners were friendly. Maybe we just caught a bad day…
