We called in the morning, took a quick tour, and then ordered the bikes online for a ride that afternoon.
We toured the lake with two children in baby seats on an electric mountain bike.

Magical place and superb ride!!
We hadn't booked our bikes in advance because we didn't realize there was only one rental shop around the lake. But luckily, the last four bikes were waiting for us! Booking and paying online was simple and efficient, and the rental agent was very friendly and offered excellent advice. And the repair service during our ride (a broken pedal) was super quick!
The proximity to the adjoining (and family-run) Bistro du Lac is a real plus, and the staff are very professional. Thank you all!

I highly recommend renting bikes to ride around the lake; it's a great experience and you'll get excellent advice!
The bikes were good quality and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, we had a flat tire, but we received assistance very quickly.
