The best bike repair shop ever!! We went looking everywhere for someone passionate and knowledgeable enough to fix our bikes. My Tern GSD e-bike had a 503 error and I had already been to a few repair shops that hadn't known what to do beyond realigning the magnet to the sensor. These guys are pros, have so many e-bikes and just replaced the battery in my speedometer (duh, but nobody else thought of it). The other bike needed a new wheel and brake pads. They have lots of staff and fixed them on the spot, and they were lovely too.

I arrived in Nantes 24 hours earlier anxious to ride my bike which accompanied me, partially disassembled, on the trip from the US. My derailleur had been disconnected from the frame and the chain got hopelessly twisted; which my attempts to correct only made worse. I rolled my bike to Urban Cycle and approached Arnold who left what he was doing to help me. He immediately dropped to the floor, popped the master link, and re-threaded the chain. While working he asked about my biking plans in Nantes, provided me with a map, and suggested other sources of information concerning cycling in the Loire-Atlantique. I was prepared to have to leave my bike while the store worked through their repair requests. Not only was the repair immediate and the advice welcome but they did not charge me. I will undoubtedly need further service since this bike will remain in France, which I visit frequently. This will be the store that I will patronize thanks to their focus on customer service and satisfaction.
