Definitely 5/5. I would also give 10/10 or 100/100! I accidentally discovered this triathlon shop (almost ) in Brussels. I needed some gear for my Ironman 70.3 training and was pleasantly surprised to find it. Their selection of running gear, bikes, wetsuits, and nutrition is fantastic.I visited the shop and their bicycle workshop three or four times. I was so impressed by the competence and helpfulness of the entire staff. They are patient and truly take the time to understand your needs, ensuring you get the right products. They know what they are talking about - I think one of their staff members is a professional triathlete , but they all three are very knowleadgeab;le, and I think the owner himself also works there everyday. They all speak Dutch/ French/ English, they all know a lot more about cycling, swimming, running and nutrition than you would expect in a sport store. LAst time I went there a wek before Kn okke Heist IM70.3 I visited the shop just before the Knokke-Heist IM70.3 event in September, and the shop was superbusy' with clients - it proves, that people trust it! So, huge shoot-out, and I would also like to extend a huge thank for the whole 'crew' (incl. the bicycle technician who found so quickly the problem with my bike gears)for outstanding service, tips, advice, and the excellent quality gear I bought for my training and competition. I definitely recommend!
It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment to service my bike, but once it went in, I had it back the next day (and it now rides like a dream ;)). Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable service.
Simply the best swim - bike - run store in the wide area! Friendly staff, very responsive via email and ready to help in-store. Arnaud was of great help by doing a last-minute, but necessary bike fix right before my first triathlon, and also gave a a lot of valuable advice for the race itself. Always happy to drop by!
