Had an issue with the wife's derailleur hanger, he dodnt have a spare so redid and took the bike back next day for fine tuning which he did in about 10 minutes.
Great service and so friendly and knowledgeable.
Definitely place to go if needing cycle expert.

Vincent was very helpful when I wore my rear brake pads down to ZERO lining (we are on a self supported bike tour, with moderate loads). Velektrix did not have the exact brand & replacement pad I needed, but Vincent ground some down to fit my calipers, and I was able to refit them and they worked!! Merci beaucoup, Vincent for the extra effort to help me out of a bind! 👍

Awesome experience! I made a reservation for to rent an e-bike on a Saturday morning for a day long bike ride from Biarritz to Saint Jean de Luz. Half way there, we had a horrible flat tire and had to call for help. Despite the busy weekend, they arrived with a new bike for me without any hassle! Excellent service and great day rate for the rental.

Arnaud was super nice, fun and helped us to fix brakes and handlebar for free. (No E-Bike) If I had bigger issues, I would directly go there and ask him. Big recommendation and Merci!
