I had a great experience at this world-class bicycle shop in Grenoble. The on-the-spot service was impressive, and every employee went above and beyond to ensure my vacation in Grenoble was a success. I had an issue with my wheel set, which was purchased from a different shop in another country, and they generously lent me a wheel set for the duration of my trip. The staff were not only super friendly but also highly professional. I highly recommend this shop for any cycling needs!

I rented a road bike. The renting included everything: helmet, pedals, tools, tubes and adjustment of the bike.
Everything worked very well.

Amazing shop, amazing service!
Bike wheel was damaged during the flight for a cycling holiday in the alps. I tried 4 bike shops around alpe d’heuz before calling Dayak and making the drive. While it turned out for be a more complicated fix than expected. They leant me another high end wheel so I could keep riding, and fixed mine quickly.
Could not ask for more.
Bonus is the shop is extremely well stocked also with some great bikes and parts!
