We have recently (June 3) completed a four-day trip through Alsace with two e-bikes rented from Bike Avenue Ollier. Our experience was very positive, both due to the charming appeal of the Alsacian countryside and the good biking infrastructure, as well as the very friendly and competent service received by Bike Avenue Ollier. Our bikes were in perfect conditions (one was actually brand new) and worked very well, even in hilly locations where the benefits of the electric support really kick in. Both bikes came with detachable batteries, which is very helpful for travelers, since you can easily charge them in your hotel room. We were advised to take them with us whenever we would leave the bikes somewhere, which we did. Both bikes came with double security features, one bike-attached lock at the rear wheel and a folded bar, which was long enough to attach the bike to a fixed object (such as a bike stand) and/or tie both bikes together for extra security. The return of the bikes was quick and easy, and the guarantee payment was returned in full the next day. Reservation through the Lokki website was easy, quick, and with no unpleasant surprises. In general, I highly recommend Bike Avenue Ollier for anyone interested in exploring Strasbourg and the Alsace by bicycle.

Very friendly and professional welcome, I came with my rear wheel on which I could not put the tire back on after a puncture. The problem was resolved in 1 minute, and I left with my repaired wheel, hats off!
