There is a parking lot right near bike place. It cost about 20 euros for the day.
It took us a while to get our routes and bearings sorted but we had a lovely day.

We had a great experience at Velo! Despite not having reserved bikes in advance, Maxim was able to set us up quickly and efficiently with 2 electric bikes so we could explore the area around Obernai. The bikes and helmets were in great condition and well worth the cost of the half-day rental. Actually, the whole day charge isn't much more so we will probably do that next time. Maxim and everyone were very friendly, and we appreciated Maxim switching over to English since we are early days in our French language studies. Don't hesitate to stop in if you are thinking about renting (or buying) some bikes. We will be back to rent (and hopefully to buy as wel) in the not-too-distant future. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Velo Shop folks were great. We rented two quality mountain E-Bikes for two days and though it took some extra effort, Maxime made sure the bikes fit us appropriately. The location in Obernai is perfect for pick-up and drop-off. Alsace is absolutely beautiful but exploring it on quality bikes makes the experience that much more rewarding. Thanks Velo Shop!

These guys are on fire! Quick, honest, they speak English and know what they do.
I am a long distance cyclist, a stranger, never to be seen as a customer again, yet were treated like family. I came in as I couldn't get my pistons to get back in after changing my brake pads and a stranger in the streets recommended me to go to see them. They sorted it in 2 minutes. And whilst one was doing that, the other played around with the front, checked things over and found my handle bar had come loose. Quick fix. They have a passion for bikes and are very obviously keen to help and do the right thing. Good blokes! I have an issue trusting people with my best friend (my bike) but these guys had all my trust.
Thank you again for making my day! Nice chatting also - good for a loner's soul.

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?
Some of the equipment we rent out is covered automatically for the duration of your rental. Insurance is included in the rental price, and you don't need to pay any additional insurance fees.
