The store manager and the entire team take the time to thoroughly explain the different models, you can test ride the bikes, and they are always very responsive. I highly recommend them because they all put their heart and soul into their work to ensure our complete satisfaction. In short, I am delighted with my bike and the impeccable service from purchase to delivery. I will gladly return.

I bought my (first) electric bike in August 2025 on a whim and received a very warm welcome at this shop. I was given excellent advice and was able to try out two models before making my choice. They also helped me choose the various accessories (basket, child seat, lock, phone holder, etc.), and the technician assembled it. Since then, I've been very happy with my choice. I use it every day for work (about 50 minutes a day), and it's a real pleasure! I highly recommend this shop and wouldn't hesitate to return for my next purchase.
