Self-guided tour in wine area Pessac-Leognan in Gravel

Gravel Ride – South of Bordeaux, vineyards & forest vibes 

Starting from Talence, you’ll pick up your bike and accessories. Helmet on, phone mount installed, water bottle filled… then it’s freedom time. Download the route, follow the GPS, and head south for a sporty and playful ride through the famous Pessac-Léognan wine region.

What’s on the menu?

👉 50 km of pure fun, with nearly 50% forest trails
👉 A Gravel-style route, smooth and enjoyable, with no technical difficulties
👉 A mix of vineyards, pine forests and iconic wine estates
👉 Optional (but highly recommended 😏) breaks near prestigious châteaux:
Château Léognan, Château La Garde, Château La Louvière…

No major elevation gain, but don’t underestimate it: a good fitness level is required, especially on a Gravel bike. Prefer to save some energy for a well-earned glass of wine? 🍷
👉 An electric hybrid bike (e-bike) option is available.
