So friendly and helpful ! My family had a brilliant time on the electric boat we hired for 4 hours on the gorge , Also a paddle boat for an hour the next day . I had read reviews about taking cash only but they do now do card . Thank you for such a fantastic experience and easy communication. Highly recommended. (Hopefully we will come back to explore more one day )

Really lovely experience with Verdon Loisirs. The staff was very professional and all the rules were well explained. I'd definitely recommend hiring Electric boats from this place. We had a really great day.

The staff here are very friendly. Honestly they couldn't have been nicer or easier to work with. Verdon Loisirs rents paddle boards, kayaks, pedalos and electric boats. The 1st day we rented paddle boards and the 2nd day we rented an electric boat. Unfortunately the electric boat had a fault and we had to cut our tour short. The staff were very apologetic and refunded our money completely. It was an unfortunate incident but the cool manner of the staff made it OK.

Very untrustworthy and rude company. Sadly ruined my trip to the Verdon Gorge that I spent months anticipating. We booked an electric boat in advance and requested *stairs* (for swimming). They guaranteed us stairs 3 times. We arrived early and they told us that our boat was over an hour late. We waited patiently. When we finally boarded our boat, we realized it didn’t have stairs and the employees at the company acted like we were crazy/ridiculous for asking for what we requested. They said it was “impossible” to change our boat. We then saw THREE boats with stairs returning and asked if they could switch ours out. They refused, claiming that those boats were reserved. I empathize with that, but what about the customer standing in front of you that ALSO reserved a boat with stairs? No empathy shown. Just attitude and acting as if they did nothing wrong.
