I'll start by saying that I found XTREME-ELECTRA quite by chance, while looking to rent an electric scooter for two weeks. In fact, I think they're the only ones who do it in all of France.
So I went to the store in Toulouse, and it went very well.
After asking a few questions about what I planned to do with the scooter (which, by the way, turned out to be excellent), and signing the contract, David gave me all the accessories I needed, showed me the basics, and we both set off for a short 20-minute training session.
After that, I was able to begin my adventure: a journey of several hundred kilometers (almost a thousand, in fact) in France, starting from Toulouse and going to Monaco. I traveled through Carcassonne, Narbonne, Agde, Montpellier, Marseille, Toulon, and the French Riviera to Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, Cannes, Nice, and finally Monaco, the final stop.
The scooter really satisfied me, with a very decent battery life (while still being gentle) and sturdy tires (fortunately, considering the places I traveled).
In short, my stay went very well, the scooter is very satisfactory, and above all, I also received a special "project" rate, so it was really cheap compared to what I could have found elsewhere.
I received a special welcome upon my return, which is always a pleasure when you come back from such a trip. So, frankly, I can only recommend going to XTREME-ELECTRA for your electric scooters, whether for repairs, advice, rentals, etc.
David is an expert on these machines and a competent professional. Although he's nothing like them, he has a somewhat sporty driving style on the road in a car (◠‿◕)

The gentleman was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained the problem with my scooter (the valve was pushed into the tire) and also fixed two other issues, including the steering, which was too stiff.

Great experience, a very professional team, and excellent equipment.
I was able to buy great equipment, and in their recently opened store in Toulouse, I saw a 4000W Cobra with 60% factory parts, which completed the Tour de France in July 2020, covering 4,800 km in 3 weeks!

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price.
Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
