We visited Zero G today with my two girls age 10 and 12, Evie and Emma...we walking in and met Jo behind the counter, told him we where looking for snowboard boots, and maybe 2 boards...Jo was on it he must of pulled out 14 pairs of boots, all different sizes, colours, brands, my girls are fussy, but he didn't mind, just wanted to please his young customers...moved on to boards, that was simple as we picked a Jones and a Capita, he also had Burton and libtec in there sizes, what a range for kids...then the bindings...no joke he brought up everything he had in there sizes....what a legend!! He put the board and the bindings together in his lunch break and we walked out with two very happy girls...thank you zero g and a big thanks to Jo...his was brilliant and very knowledgeable and we will return...I will return this year to buy myself another board... Bindings...maybe boots...ha

Quite possibly the best bike shop in Europe. Henrique and Miguel are two of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you'll ever encounter. The owner Martin is so kind and friendly you'll feel like family. They have the best bikes and outstanding service. I've bought 4 bikes from them so far. Highly recommended, not written with any AI!

I had a wonderful experience here! I’m quite an experienced snowboarder, and I wanted to try some new board shapes. A guy from rental listened to all my requests carefully and really wanted to help me finding the best shape for me. Took a while. After I tried the board for a few days I went straight back and bought this model because it was the best board I’ve ever tried. As a nice bonus I didn’t have to pay for rent because I bought one. I highly appreciate such approach because it is not an easy task to find fitting shape. Thanks for that effort!

Excellent service, fast response and helpful, knowledgeable staff. I have bought bicycles here and continue to use them regularly for spares and repairs when necessary. Recently I punctured on my cargo bike as I was passing by, and they had me back on the road with a smile within 15 minutes. Strongly recommend!

After doing some research, I was confident in Zero G for a snowboard rental. I’m extremely happy I went with them! I rented a Jones board which I loved, along with Burton boots and bindings. The shop is really great if you are snowboarder. They have all the best boards, bindings, and boots for purchase as well, and a ton of accessories. The people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. I said my height and weight and preferred stance, and my board was perfect and ready to go when I showed up. I also no-showed on my reservation after partying the night before, and they let me use the rental the next day! I’m not sure they want me to say that, because it may not be eligible for everyone, but I was happy with the situation and the service

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
