When the Géant de Provence is covered in white, the desire to slide becomes irresistible. Le Ventoux has its own unique weather. The mistral can be powerful and conditions change rapidly. The best times to slide are often in the morning, when the snow is freshly packed, especially after an overnight fall, and when temperatures remain cold. Aim for weekdays when the slopes are quieter.
