Renting a snowboard in Mont Ventoux is an opportunity to glide through the heart of the Giant of Provence, between beech forests, Luberon views and Alpine horizons. The best period is generally from December to March, with peak reliability in January-February. After a snowfall and with light winds, the slopes are a delight. The mistral wind can make the snow even colder and harder: choose the mornings for firmer snow and calmer slopes, then take advantage of milder temperatures in the afternoon.
