What joy when I discovered a few months ago that a BICY store had opened in Besançon. I had already had very favorable feedback from this store in Dijon. In the context of information on the repairs of my bike I was welcomed with great helpfulness, very relevant advice and a warm atmosphere. The seller also introduced me to his range of electric bikes which is remarkable. I plan to return to him soon for a quote and a test. What more can I say other than that the store also has superb interior architecture, wood, stone, beautiful presentation of items and bikes. Thanks Bicy!

Tested as part of a Decathlon bike overhaul. Very fast support, good advice and great customer and solution orientation. Nice range of bikes and accessories also despite the small size of the store. A great experience right in the heart of the loop!
