After almost 10 years of cycling, this is the first time I've benefited from such service from a bicycle seller/repairer: they don't just sell a bike, they make sure you can fully enjoy it every day.

I bought my electric bike 3 years ago and have had it serviced by them ever since. I recommend them. During the purchasing phase, I was able to test many models to form my own opinion without being pressured by the salesperson. They were transparent during the maintenance about the repair costs before doing it. Excellent.
