Excellent communication and service. Lovely staff. E-bikes we rented were in excellent condition. Convenient location in Strasbourg and Colmar. No worries whatsoever with Alsa Cyclo Tours. Highly recommended! P.S. Cycling is THE way to see Alsace. With e-bikes the threshold should be minimal. Just do it!

Alsa Cyclo Tours Thank you for making our vacation on bikes unforgettable! Great, professional and friendly service. All bike were in perfect condition. Also a fitting was scheduled for our group of 8 on a short notice. Picking up bikes and leaving the bikes at the end was easy. My wife and I could not recommend Alsa Cyclo Tours more highly. Just a few blocks from the train station, their location could not be more convenient. Their bikes are splendid and equipped with panniers (or "sacoches" as the French say) sufficient for a full week's worth of change of clothes etc. But most importantly, their service is truly exceptional. By way of example, departing Strasbourg, I forgot my rucksack with our passports, cash, etc. at their location. By the time I realized this, we were too far down our itinerary to turn back and recuperate it. They delivered it to our hotel the next night. And by way of further example, on our last day cycling we had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital. No problem, Alsa Cyclo Tours delivered our affairs to our hotel. Great bikes! More importantly, very kind people!

Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. We rented 2 adult bikes, 2 child bikes and a bike trailer. All were in perfect condition. We also got all the accessories we needed. No complaints at all!
