Awesome bikes, awesome route from Strasbourg to Colmar via Obernai, Dambach la Ville and Riquewihr with lots of detours to vineyards, castles and other small towns! Hard to fault the team at Alsa - they were very helpful and even recommended a local luggage courier who was great. We would have no hesitation using them again and recommending them to anyone else looking to see, taste and drink their way through Alsace!!!

Very satisfied with the service. When we arrived at the bike shop our bikes were all ready and set up. The shopkeeper briefed us on how to use the e-bike. Bikes were good quality and we had no problems whatsoever! Certainly recommend this place if you want a rental bike in Alsace region!

Travelers! Adventurers! Go rent bikes from Antoine! We LOVED our day biking all over Strasbourg and this is the place to go. Antoine was SO kind, speaks wonderful English, is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, and just has a great personality. What a highlight. Get out and go friends! Even if you are not a cyclist it’s so fun!

We highly recommend the Nature & Waterways Cycling Tour! It’s an excellent way to see more of Strasbourg beyond Petite France and explore areas you might otherwise miss. Cycling along the waterways is also much more relaxing than cycling in the busy city center, where you’re constantly dodging pedestrians. Quentin was an excellent tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour both informative and enjoyable. This was one of the highlights of our visit to Strasbourg!

We had a great experience renting six e-bikes! The e-bikes were in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Communication was smooth and easy, the owner speaks fluent English and German (as well as French), which made the whole process easier and even more convenient. Highly recommended!
