What can we say! It was one of the friendliest and most helpful customer experiences we‘ve ever had. We went to the shop not knowing much about the route to Paris but Keri & her husband were extremely helpful. You could tell that their main focus was that we would arrive safely! From start to finish, my experience with Cycles Gourgand in Dieppe was nothing short of fantastic. Keri, who is English, made the whole process smooth and easy. For anyone who isn’t fluent in French, she is a wonderful point of contact—there’s no language barrier, and it genuinely feels like you’re chatting with a friend. The bikes were in excellent condition, clearly well-maintained, and we were given all the tools and guidance we needed in case anything went wrong during our rides. What really stood out, though, was the value for money—prices were surprisingly affordable, especially given the top-notch service and equipment. The whole experience was seamless, and thanks to Cycles Gourgand, we were able to have an unforgettable week. Highly recommend if you're in Dieppe and looking to hire a bike!

My wife and I are two Americans bike touring through Europe and sometimes it is very difficult finding someone who is competent and who is willing to squeeze you into their busy schedule. Cycles Gourgand was both. The whole experience was great and they even spoke english to us which was extremely helpful. They diagnosed the problem with my rear tire breaking spokes, figured out a solution, and really worked hard to get it finished quickly so my wife and I could get back on the tour. The wheel build looks great and I think I can finally be confident in having a tire that will not break. Thanks so much for all your help!!

Blew my tyre and lost a piece on my bike which affected the back wheel spinning when going over a pot hole. They made quick work of replacing everything and I was back on my way. Amazing bike shop and extremely helpful and friendly. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
