My wife and I are two Americans bike touring through Europe and sometimes it is very difficult finding someone who is competent and who is willing to squeeze you into their busy schedule. Cycles Gourgand was both. The whole experience was great and they even spoke english to us which was extremely helpful. They diagnosed the problem with my rear tire breaking spokes, figured out a solution, and really worked hard to get it finished quickly so my wife and I could get back on the tour. The wheel build looks great and I think I can finally be confident in having a tire that will not break. Thanks so much for all your help!!

Blew my tyre and lost a piece on my bike which affected the back wheel spinning when going over a pot hole. They made quick work of replacing everything and I was back on my way. Amazing bike shop and extremely helpful and friendly. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
