We hired 3 e-bikes for a week and took advantage of the drop off and collect service due to our remote location.
Great service from start to finish, including simple and efficient communication. The bikes were amazing, making short work of all the hills where we were staying, and were also easy to use without the assistance where the roads were less hilly.
Our security deposit was credited back as soon as the bikes were collected.
Very satisfied customer who will definitely rent again if we are in the region in the future.

Cycles Sud-Ouest provided the cornerstone of a unique two-week vacation. I planned the itinerary based on my family's interests and abilities, and they helped to set us up beautifully. Communication was impeccable. The pricing was very reasonable, considering that there are other bike rental outfits charging way more. Oh, and the Canal de Garonne is so worth it. A national treasure. For kids with an electronic worldview, this is great introduction to a bigger geographic experience. Traveling on a bicycle provides direct experience of the scale of the world.

This company provided bikes for two tours that I arranged - one around the wine region's of Bordeaux the other from Tolouse to Bordeaux on the Canal Lateral.
They were exceptionally helpful in the arrangements and logistics enabling pickup and drop off of the bikes at varying times and locations for the 8 riders. When my wife had issues with her own bike, they came to her rescue with another of their well equipped rentals.
The cycle way along the towpath is very beautiful and should not be missed.

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price.
Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
