In June 2024 my wife and I spotted Elements Cycles as we were driving towards Manosque in our motorhome. We were heading towards the Alps and my wife would have ridden it at speed down a number of other descents. If it had snapped, the consequences could have been disastrous. Although the stem was a specific part for the bike set-up with internal cables, Jérôme identified a suitable replacement. We left the bike with him and he ordered the new stem. We had the bike back, fixed and ready to ride within a couple of days. This enabled us to continue with our holiday with little time lost on the bikes. Jérôme and his colleagues were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have had better service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
