I entered the store, and 10 minutes later, still no one came to help me. I went to the counter to ask for someone, but they sent me a "pseudo" salesperson who knew absolutely nothing about the STHIL range. Luckily for me, I knew what I was looking for. I bought a lawnmower for €1,400, a showroom lawnmower with marks, and there was no discount. The salesperson sighed when I asked him to do something. I absolutely needed a lawnmower, so I didn't look elsewhere, but I wouldn't recommend it to any potential future customers.

Spare parts department: the salespeople clearly prefer to let acquaintances go before other customers who were there before them! They're not nervous about the service either! We came here twice in two days to buy a chainsaw chain that we won't be buying from them!!! Last year, we already had to wait more than 15 days to get a chain sharpened! Really disappointed with the welcome and the service!

3 breakdowns in 2 years on a California mower recommended by the store. No goodwill gesture! Really disappointed! On the other hand, one of the counter salespeople knows his job very well. Long live the Internet for spare parts. M Rosette.

I do not recommend this store to avoid buying a hedge trimmer for 360 euros I go in to try it after an hour of cutting I only notice that I have lost the plastic cover of the air filter and the filter I return there the same day as my purchase the seller made me pay for the parts even if he gave me a price but hey it is not normal to lose pieces after 1 hour of use and especially not normal to have to pay again when I am convinced that the plastic of the filter was badly fitted from the start personally I will not return there this store to avoid for me.

From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
