Where to begin… I requested a quote: impossible to get a clear price. They charged me €40 just to look at a riding lawnmower. Then they told me it would take three weeks—so far, so good. But after a month, still no news. I tried calling: 45 minutes on hold to… no one answer. So I went to the store, and there they calmly explained that my quote was still “pending,” that the parts hadn’t been ordered, and that the repairs hadn’t even started. Seriously? And then, without warning, a month and a half later, I received a text message: “work completed.” The result: a hefty bill, without ever having had a clear or coherent price to begin with. To top it all off: payment in installments with Alma, but of course, the additional fees weren’t clearly displayed. In short, a total lack of communication, missed deadlines, and highly questionable transparency. Look elsewhere and compare prices; you'll save time... and money.
