Very good communication towards customer and they always try to seek a solition to fit your needs. The Irondeer bikes ride great and are nicely tied to the legwndary deer on the Praia do Norte, the famous surf spot! The boke was rolling (with Pirelli Cinturatos) so well I ended up riding further than I anticipated. The bike came with full setup including mulyi tool, tire levers, spare inner inside the top tube bag. This was one of the best rental bikes (if not the best!) I've ridden while traveling around the world. I highly recommend choosing Irondeer for your rental spot!

Had a great time today on an E-bike ride north of Nazare. Viewpoints suggested were fantastic and the bikes were great. Even the weather cooperated. Well done

Great hire for the whole of my holiday. Was based in Sao Martinho do Porto for almost 4 weeks in May/June 2025. Hired an e-bike from Irondeer for most of that time. Very good communications in run up to holiday. Great bike, Vasco explained essentials well (charging etc), great kit, all additionals (helmet, tools, panniers) in great condition. Used Irondeer for 2* 1/2 day hires for my guests who stayed with me. Again easy to book/communicate. Could not fault the service - will be back one day!

I hired an e-bike (H20) for 4 hours and elected for the more difficult route to Sao Martinho and back. Good mix of forest and cliff. They set me up with the route via a gpx file. Bike was great, no issues and I want to go again… Great service and bikes.
