Our bikes were easy to use and in great condition. He went over how everything works thoroughly and gave us an easy to use app for navigating. . Batteries lasted forever. We were not even close to running out. They included locks for stops and a bag to carry water and snacks. It was our favorite thing we did in the Loire valley.

Leopold took good care of us. We rented ebikes that were of exceptional quality and efficiency. They were well maintained. Leopold guided us to a couple beautiful trips in the Loire valley. We rode about 80 km over two days and had a lot of fun. We recommend Loire Bikes!

From the time we booked our bikes until we had to return the bikes after 1 week of visiting many areas, I can't say enough about this experience. The bikes were excellent and in great condition and the service was incredible. The guys do as much as possible to ensure you are happy and open to discuss routes and areas to visit. I actually loved my Ebike so much, I am trying to purchase one back in Canada. I hope to return next year to Ambois and will 100% be booking with Loire Bikes again.

I rented a bike for the day in order to ride to Chateau Chenonceau and back. The price was good. The guy at the shop spoke good English and gave me all the information that was needed. I highly recommend using the bike GPS app he mentioned--geovelo. I used my own apps but tried his later and it was better. You can download it at the shop on his wi-fi. The bike was a mountain-type one-by with disc brakes. It shifted and braked well. It had an aluminum step-though frame. A little heavy, but there are no steep climbs. The tires were fine for both road and gravel. It came with a handlebar bag, lock, water bottle holder, rear rack, and a reliable phone holder on the handlebar--everything you need. The back roads through woods and past vineyards and farms were narrow, beautiful, and lightly traveled. In a couple of places the road was closed, but I could get through on a bike. Anyway, I highly recommend Loire Bikes.
