LSEP exceeded my high expectations in every way. They were communicative, helpful, and reliable, and went above and beyond to install equipment in multiple locations. They even helped solve unforeseen and unrelated challenges (for example, another vendor canceled a filter we needed for onsite lighting and they, within 5 minutes, identified an available wholesaler, found the exact color necessary, and purchased it on our behalf to ensure we had what we needed). I was so impressed by their professionalism and am grateful to Patrick, Evan, and the team for everything they did this weekend to make our event a tremendous success! Thank you!!

LSEP has a good variety of professional equipment available at fairly affordable prices. The major drawback that brought down our rating was the communication. It was a complicated process; we were unable to reach the person handling our order the day before the event. This kind of unnecessary added stress could easily have been avoided. The lack of communication, and the way they communicated, ultimately projects a very unprofessional image of the group.
