LSEP has a good variety of professional equipment available at fairly affordable prices. The major drawback that brought down our rating was the communication. It was a complicated process; we were unable to reach the person handling our order the day before the event. This kind of unnecessary added stress could easily have been avoided. The lack of communication, and the way they communicated, ultimately projects a very unprofessional image of the group.
