Rented a bike for a few hours to explore the pretty towns along the Loire. Very happy with the rental. It was a sturdy bike that fit me well with easy to use gears and a handy bottle cage. The store also provided a lock and a helmet. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

everything was extremely smooth from the booking through the pick up until the drop off. good quality bikes in good condition (we rented the electric ones), definitely recommend. we had a blast biking in the region

Rented a bike to Amboise and Chenonceaux for a day. I had booked and paid on advance for one day. But I was late in returning it until the next morning, and they didn't charge me for the extra day. Both pick up and drop off were fast.

An update: as the business explained, the bank eventually returned the €1000 deposit after a 30-day wait. Caveat emptor: most places will require a deposit to secure the rental which is understandable given the problem of bikes never returned. But be aware that if the terminal hiccups or some other technical issue affects the timely repayment of your deposit, the default mode of operation is for the bank to hold the deposit for 30 days. If you can't be without that money for 30 days, my advice is don't rent the bikes. Earlier: The e-bike was a nice rental but the store takes a €1000 deposit and promises to return that money within 48 hours of returning the bike. For me it's been 5 days and they have not returned the €1000 deposit. They have not responded to emails showing a zero balance on the receipts. And the phone number listed goes straight to voicemail. I'd really like the €1000 returned. Recommend not renting from them.
