The cycles were excellent quality 💯. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and gave excellent service. I would highly recommend Rouelib Tours. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Big shout out to the boys today! We had a mechanical issue 5 miles out from Tours, they showed up with a new bike within 30 minutes, fixed the mechanical on my bike and had us on our way quickly. Then, on our way back from Amboise, we were 30 minutes behind (i thought the closed 7:30 but they actually close at 7pm). They called us to make sure we were on our way and then waited until 7:25 for us to arrive and made zero fuss about our tardiness. Overall, an amazing day riding bikes through the Loire Valley made even better by your helpful bike friends. If you find yourself in Tours, I highly recommend!

Rented 2 standard bikes for a day - came with locks, were good quality hybrid bikes - they’re right next to the train station too, and the guys are super helpful.

Rented a bike for a few hours to explore the pretty towns along the Loire. Very happy with the rental. It was a sturdy bike that fit me well with easy to use gears and a handy bottle cage. The store also provided a lock and a helmet. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Franc is an absolute joy!! He was helpful and generous and really made the renting of our e-bikes a pleasure. He even stored them for us overnight - I can’t recommend RoueLib enough!!!
