We visited on August 31, 2025. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped us, but I haven’t seen someone so passionate about their work in a long time. Absolutely brilliant! Everything was perfectly arranged. The bikes were ready with our names on them, the correct pedals had already been mounted so we could use our own shoes, and the bikes were adjusted to the right height on the spot. We were also provided with bottles, gels, and electrolytes. On top of that, the helpful staff member gave us great advice for planning our route. All in all, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing experience with great value for money! Everything was super flexible and smooth. We rented two beautiful Colnagos, and they delivered and picked up the bikes directly from our place in Como. The staff was very friendly – we had a lot of fun with Luca 👌🏼 A huge recommendation, and best of luck for the future 💪🏻.

I had a fantastic experience renting a bike from The Ride Bike Rental for two days. The whole process was incredibly smooth. I handled everything through WhatsApp, and within just half an hour, they had the perfect bike ready for me. The communication was excellent from start to finish. I rented a beautiful Colnago V3 for a very reasonable price. The bike was in great condition and clearly well-maintained. Picking up and returning the bike was also quick and hassle-free. The staff are friendly and true professionals. I highly recommend this business!

We had a fantastic experience – everything was well-organized and perfectly tailored. The San Primo Ring Tour, with our guide Paolo leading us along a beautiful and well-chosen route. He was knowledgeable, informative, and made the hike even more enjoyable. We also did a bike tour with Luca, which was an amazing way to experience the lake from a fresh perspective. He took us through beautiful little towns, captured great photos and videos for us, and planned a perfect route that went above and beyond our expectations. The bikes were new, well-maintained, and very comfortable to ride. The shop was clean and professional, and organizing the tours was super easy – the staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Highly recommend both tours for anyone looking to explore the area actively and with great local guides!

We had such an incredible time biking around the stunning Lake Como, and we owe so much of that to Luca, our amazing guide. He was so friendly, super knowledgeable, and made us feel completely safe and relaxed the entire time. Luca took us on a beautiful route with jaw-dropping views, adorable little towns, and shared some great local tips and stories along the way. The bikes were in perfect condition, and everything was so well organized—it all went really smoothly from beginning to end.
