This sunny valley on the Arrens-Marsous and Aucun sides offers gentle slopes ideal for beginners, as well as pretty combes to explore when the snow is right.

The Col de Couraduque and Col du Soulor areas are perfect starting points. In the morning, the snow is often firmer and more regular, ideal for working on your footing. After a recent fall, we aim for the edges of paths and sheltered slopes for a few powder turns. The cold, stable days of January-February are often the most reliable; at the end of winter, the afternoons offer softer snow that's great for progressing.
