We spontaneously decided to rent a bike from this place . Not only they made great suggestions about which bike to take they also suggested to download an app to help us take the best bike trail. We had a minor problem with the bike but the gentleman at the store was so responsive , he came to meet us and bring us a new bike as soon as possible , he also took the time to make sure we took the right path on the path to optimize the experience . We are more than happy with an amazing experience that’s it’s definitely worth it and also very satisfied with their service . We will be back !

JC did a fabulous job for us with our 4 rental Axibikes. We rented them for 2 days and we rode everywhere with them. Even to Pont du Gard and back! Gracious, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. Bikes were amazing. He gave us excellent information on the area around Avignon as well. Would definitely use them again!
