Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately they just have very small e-bikes. We got two xs sized bikes although one of us is 2m tall. Just wasn’t the best bike experience and the e-bikes are very basic and a bit pricey for what you get. I guess they’re fine for a smaller tour around the city, but we did a 80km tour to Camargue with them and that’s definitely not what these bikes where made for.

Four months before arriving in Arles, we reserved and paid for four e-bikes at the Hotel Rodin for six days. Upon arrival, we were told they had no e-bikes left! Unbelievable!
Luckily (because it was still the off-season), we were able to rent four very good e-bikes from "TAXI" at the train station. The staff there were friendly and provided excellent service.
