Best road bike rental and bike shop in Annecy. Extremely nice staff members and they are so knowledgeable. I really enjoy my experience with them, my bike, the personalized adjustment and the conversations. The staff are so warm and kind. They just have an extremely good road bike selections and bike gear collections. THIS IS THE PLACE. I will never consider to bring my own bike when I’m travelling to Annecy after this experience. Lovely experience! I rented a Look 765 Optimum (endurance road bike) for my wife, and everything was perfect: smooth reservation, quick setup, pick-up and return. Fully recommended!

Great road bike rental experience and a great shop. I spent 10 days riding the amazing mountains around Annecy and the bike Onze 42 provided me was perfect and if I had any issues (which I didn’t) the shop was easily accessible. They also helped a friend out with a loan wheel when the wheel on his own bike broke. I’ll be doing same again next year!
