Super helpful staff from the Boss to the mechanics. We had some repairs done to our bikes (most days!) and also hired bikes, and they were very accommodating. They will get any trade when we revisit Alpe d’Huez.

Bike was ok, but not in a flawless maintenance condition: dropper post was not locking reliably, chain was absolutely dry and not lubricated. Old protective shirt. But overall I had plenty of fun and great moments.
