Sometimes your bike just won't cooperate, and it's these people you need to find. On the last few days of an 11,000 km trip, it's inevitable that something will go wrong. Well, in this case, it was the bottom bracket in the middle of nowhere. But luck was on my side. It started with a lovely person who gave me a lift and dropped me off at Alticycles 30 minutes before closing time. I was welcomed like a friend, and besides having a nice chat, I got my bike back, fully repaired, right away. For such a delicate operation, it's hard not to be in a good mood.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! We rented six electric bikes directly online, and everything went perfectly. The welcome was fantastic: the team was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. Before our departure, they suggested an ideal route for the day, which allowed us to fully enjoy our ride. We also received a multi-tool and puncture repair kits, a real bonus that provided peace of mind in case of an unexpected problem. The bikes were in very good condition, comfortable to ride, and had more than enough battery range for our day. An excellent experience; I highly recommend it!
