We had a wonderful experience renting bikes for our entire family at this shop in Biarritz. The e-bikes were in like-new condition, comfortable, and perfect for getting around town. Even though we visited during high season, we still managed to get exactly the bikes we needed. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Aleksandre helped me with my bike—I had a flat tire and arrived right at closing time! He took great care of my bike and the service was outstanding—honestly, the best service I’ve ever received. I don’t speak French, so it was a huge help that we could communicate in English! Thank you so much for the excellent service and quality; I left really
happy and definitely plan to come back. :)

We were extremely happy with our bike rental here in Biarritz. We rented two road bikes for the Tour de France in the Pyrenees and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The bikes were top-of-the-line, modern, and of outstanding quality. The service we received from the staff was exceptional from start to finish. We highly recommend renting your bikes here! 🚴🇫🇷

I buckled my back wheel and snapped some spokes. They saw me straight away on a Saturday morning and fixed it within half an hour. Excellent emergency service at a great price.
