Experience Romain holiday right start from here. I had a great time biking around. Good price. Ran into their 76 yrs anniversary celebration and walked into the museum downstairs… wow! … cam back next day to rent bike and tour the city… original planed 3 hours but extended to 2 days. Everything great except you need to be super super careful with belongings while biking around. Tied my purse on bike to take a quick picture and someone cut my strap and took away purse with passport inside and everything. Good thing is that the store let us storage our luggage before flight. So we have things to continue travel while waiting for emergency passport. Staffs have been very helpful and supportive and accommodating. Chinese restaurants next door is great. Garden hotel next door is nice and super clean. No regret and will be back.

This is the tour to take! We booked the 3-6 pm bike tour through the countryside of Rome, including the magnificent Via Appia. My wife says she was glad to have the knowledgeable, handsome and sweet Iman as our group leader, who kept the ride at a very comfortable pace who stopped for shade and water often. Staff inside were nice and we were able to book online easily the day before. We were able to see so much more of Rome on bike than we would have walking or trying to navigate the buses. We rented a pedal bike, but ebikes were used by others.

We absolutely loved our tour with Luca @Bici-e-Baci. Best tour we did in Italy so far. Luca asked were we'd been and took us to other place all around the city of Rome. We seen things and places we wouldn't have seen any other way. We didn't have a reservation and they accommodated us. We ended up with a private tour. If you use Bici e Baci I highly recommend you request Luca. He is young, very well spoken and gives great history talk at each stop. I had booked another Vespa tour "Romebyvespa" on TripAdvisor. The day before tour the operator was trying to change start time by 5.5hrs. When we met the RomebyVespa guide I asked for refund after a few minutes because of his anti-American talk.

On Saturday, 14/02/2026, I returned the scooter that I had rented for three days. I left a deposit of €300 on my card. When I returned the scooter, you said you would take €125 from the deposit and that the remaining amount would be returned to my card. So far, I have not received the remaining €175 back on my card. Please check this, as I really don’t want it to turn out that I’ve been cheated. The scooter rental is under the name Nikola Tekijaski.

Greatly enjoyed the 3 hour Bike Tour with our excellent guide, Alessandro. You do need to be reasonably fit as the tour goes at a cracking pace. I was glad I had an e-bike with gears - it was worth the 15 Euros extra.
