Great place to rent bikes. Much cheaper than other stores in Florence and the bike I got was high end product (very light with Dura ace and ultegra). Also people working there are extremely knowledgeable, professional and ready to accommodate requests. I ll definitely rent from them again.

Found this shop after another bike rental company cancelled our appointment. The staff in the shop was very friendly and prepared two road bikes for us even though we came in very last minute and had no appointment. The bikes were not the newest models but still good bikes. We got an Orbea and a Wilier, the pedals were adjusted to our shoes. For me personally the gears were a bit on the high side and that made the steep climbs more challenging. Unfortunately by the end of our ride one my shifter cables snapped. We returned the bikes to the shop and they didn't make an issue of it, even apologized for the inconvenience. All together it was a great experience for a good price.
