A huge thank you to the Bicyk'land team! I realized two days before leaving for vacation that my bike's gears weren't working. I highly recommend this shop! I stopped by without an appointment because of a brake problem on my electric bike, and the technician was available immediately. He took the time to adjust my brakes, inflate my tires, and give me lots of very helpful advice, all for a very reasonable price.
You can tell right away that he's passionate, competent, and dedicated to providing excellent service. He listens attentively and truly takes the time with each customer, without trying to make them come back several days later when it's not necessary.
