A huge thank you to Benoît, manager of Bike Authentic in Brêm-sur-Mer! I initially rented a superb Lapierre gravel bike for several days. The bike was perfectly prepared, the advice was spot-on, and the service impeccable. This experience was so convincing that upon my return, I simply decided to buy the exact same bike! At a time when everything pushes us to buy online, I preferred to prioritize proximity, human contact, and the service of a truly passionate professional. With Benoît, you know what you're paying for: a friendly welcome, availability, expertise, follow-up, and trust are all guaranteed. As my grandmother used to say, "I prefer to pay only once!" I wholeheartedly recommend him to all cycling enthusiasts, whether for a rental, a purchase, or simply for good advice. Thank you, Benoît!

A huge thank you to Benoit and his assistant! Upon arriving at Camping l'Océan, I discovered my Btwin mountain bike's rear axle had broken. I searched for a repair service via Google, and Bike Authentic came up. I removed the wheel and went to the shop, and Benoit fixed it the same day. I dropped it off at 11 am and had my wheel repaired by 3 pm! What more could you ask for? The well-known sports shop might have been slightly cheaper, but the service provided, and especially the speed these days, deserves to be highlighted. In any case, a big thank you for your professionalism. I'll remember this if I come back to Brem :) Mika from Flanders (59)

What an incredibly nice and high-quality bike shop for renting bikes. The shop is relatively small and the selection of rental bikes is somewhat limited, but despite it being peak season, for the price of a standard bike, we were able to get two mountain bikes (VTT) and a touring bike (VTC) that were many times higher in quality than what we are used to with rental bikes. We would undoubtedly rent our bikes here again!
